The Department of Justice and the United States Coast Guard burst 45,000 pounds of cocaine with a value of more than $ 500 million, according to the main DJ officials on Wednesday.
Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI director Kash Patel were in Port Everglades in Florida on Wednesday and said that drug seizures saved lives and protected the public.
“We have saved thousands and thousands of lives as a result of this incredible cooperation,” Bondi said. “We believe that two posters, CJNG and Sinaloa, were strongly tied to these shipments.”

He added that the Coast Guard used “drones, airplanes and ships to interdict traffickers.”
Patel had a message for posters: there is a new leadership throughout the Department of Justice.
“We are going to dismantle the ‘Next-Man-up’ theory that has been reproduced in these Mexican posters for generations,” Patel said about Mexican drug posters. “No more.”

The Coast Guard said the operation took 11 days when the crew of the Coast Guard of the United States and that finding drug traffickers in its patrol area is like “finding a needle in a pinch.”
Bondi said 11 people were arrested in relation to the operation.
