Suspect sought the FBI door of the automobile Rams in the possible "act of terror," says the official

A man of Pennsylvania led his car to a metal door in the FBI building in Pittsburgh early on Wednesday, a embolsa that the FBI described as intentional, saying that man was being wanted as suspicious.

Donald Henson, from Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, allegedly led to high speed towards the main entrance door at 2:40 am, a special agent in charge of the FBI to the media told the media.

“We look at this as an act of terror against the FBI,” Giordano said. “This was an attack aimed at this building. Fortunately, no one was injured, but we are going to exhaust every ability we have under the federal law to find, stop and process this subject to the greatest extent.”

There was “a certain vulgarity” scribbled on the side of the vehicle, said the FBI. The complete details of what was written were not clear immediately, Giordano said, adding that there seemed to be a reference to suicide.

He said the suspect fled the scene and believed it could be dangerous. It was not clear immediately if Henson was armed, said the FBI.

Henson is the registered owner of the vehicle, Giordano said. The FBI compared the surveillance video with the photo of Henson’s driver’s license to identify it even more, Giordano said, added that he had also been identified as a former military member. He said Henson could have experienced a mental health problem.

After the accident, Henson supposedly left the car, pulled out an American flag of the trunk and hit it at the door, said the FBI.

The images of the scene captured by the ABC News WTAE affiliate seemed to show a white sedan sitting with a JAR door in front of a damaged metal door near a security cab.

A spokesman for the Pittsburgh Police Department told ABC News that the officers responded to the 3300 block of E. Carson Street for a vehicle collision reported at 3 in the morning on Wednesday. The vehicle crashed with a door outside the building, before the driver left the vehicle and fled the scene, said the spokesman.

The FBI leads the investigation ongoing, police said. The FBI was working with the local office of US prosecutors to write a complaint against Henson, Giordano said.

Henson had come to the FBI Pittsburgh office in recent weeks to file a complaint, Giordano said, he added that “it didn’t make much sense.”

“We contacted him and let him know that there was no federal crime that we could charge,” he said.
