Cassie Ventura’s testimony returned to March 5, 2016 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Century City, California. She narrated the video that represents Sean combs throwing a vase full of flowers after she said she tried to escape a “monster” that had become violent.
“I just remembered that I came to me. I didn’t hit me. I remember hitting the wall. I was screaming,” Ventura said.

Ventura testified that Comps sent him a flood of text messages after leaving the hotel, begging him to contact.
Text messages were shown in court. “Please call me. I have six children. Please call me,” he said a message. “Call me. Call now,” said another.
“I have a premiere on Monday for the most important thing I have done and I have a purple eye and a fat lip,” Ventura sent messages of messages in response. “You are sick because it is fine to do what you have done.”
Ventura testified that when he got home, a friend noticed her wounds and called the police.
“I answered a couple of questions, but when they wanted me to say who I was talking about, I wouldn’t, so they left,” Ventura said about the police visit. “Only at that time I didn’t want to hurt him that way. Too much for me at that time. I wasn’t ready.”
Ventura testified to combs and then appeared in his apartment building. She said the combs assistant, known as KK, notified her.
Ventura testified that he heard “chaos out of the door, hitting, kicking, shouting” and “only shock in a very private building.”
The jury members saw photographs of the brilliant gold dress that Ventura took the premiere he attended. He also wears sunglasses in the photos: “To cover my eye” since “he was hit on the face,” Type testified, referring to the attack shown in the video.
Ventura also testified that “he had enough makeup” at the premiere to cover “the bruises on my face.”
Ventura also pointed out bruises on his right leg that were visible in a photograph of her with combs with her blue dress after the party.
